General Event Questions

What is TheLinkU Invitational? +

TheLinkU Invitational is an exhibition college basketball event held at Credit One Stadium in Charleston, SC, September 25–27, 2026, featuring UVA Men's, Vanderbilt Men's, College of Charleston Men's and Women's, The Citadel Men's, and South Carolina Women's — along with a shootaround day, fan activations, and VIP experiences.

What is the game schedule? +

The Sunday, September 27 tripleheader at Credit One Stadium features:

12:00 PMUVA vs. Vanderbilt, Men's
2:00 PMCollege of Charleston vs. The Citadel, Men's
4:00 PMCollege of Charleston vs. South Carolina, Women's

Do I need a ticket for every game? +

All tickets besides courtside cover the full Sunday tripleheader.

Courtside seating is sold on a per-game basis. During the other games, courtside ticket holders will have access to the VIP Lounge and VIP seating near the lounge.

What is your refund policy? +

All sales are final. Credit One Stadium does not offer refunds or exchanges.

Bag & Prohibited Items Policy

What bags are allowed? +

Small Clutch Bags: No larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
Clear Bags: Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC no larger than 12" x 12" x 6"
Plastic Storage Bags: One gallon or smaller resealable bag

Bags left at a gate are left at the owner's risk. Credit One Stadium assumes no responsibility for left bags.

Can I bring a water bottle? +

Empty, plastic, refillable bottles no larger than 32oz are allowed.

Glass and metal refillable bottles and containers are not allowed.

What items are prohibited? +

Alcohol
Animals, except service animals
Beverage or food containers, including glass or metal bottles, cans, coolers, ice chests, thermoses, or picnic baskets
Computers or laptops
Drones
Firearms or weapons of any kind, regardless of permit, including sharp or pointed objects and personal protection sprays
Fireworks
Posters, signs, flags, or banners larger than 18" x 18"
Outside food or beverages
Illegal substances
Motorized vehicles, hoverboards, skateboards, or segways, except devices for medical needs
Offensive clothing or objects, including ambush marketing items
Stadium seats and cushions
Selfie sticks
Tennis racquets
Umbrellas

Weather

What happens if it rains? +

All games take place rain or shine. Umbrellas are prohibited inside the stadium.

On occasion, threatening weather may require clearing open seating areas. Fans should follow announcements and cooperate promptly with stadium staff.

If needed, the event will move to TD Arena at the College of Charleston, 301 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29401. All tickets are transferable to TD Arena except general admission.

Accessibility

Is Credit One Stadium accessible? +

Yes. ADA seating is preassigned at the time of ticket purchase.

Access ramps are located on the north and east sides of the stadium, and ADA elevators are available on the east and west sides.

Service animals are permitted inside the stadium.

Lost & Found

Where do I go if I lose an item? +

Lost & Found is located at the Box Office near the front entrance of the stadium.

Credit One Stadium and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
